Three Decades of Energy Infrastructure Construction Experience
Since 1994, Gardner has supported energy and industrial infrastructure projects across the United States and international markets — frequently as a specialized subcontractor within larger EPC and construction organizations on major pipeline, LNG, midstream, and industrial programs.

Three Decades of Energy Infrastructure Construction Experience
Since 1994, Gardner has supported energy and industrial infrastructure projects across the United States and international markets. Our experience includes major pipeline, LNG, midstream, and industrial infrastructure programs — typically as a specialized subcontractor with direct accountability for defined construction packages.

Louisiana Pipeline Renewal Program
Gardner provided subcontracted civil and field-construction services supporting a natural-gas pipeline renewal program spanning approximately 36.9 miles. Scope included right-of-way preparation, clearing and grading, excavation and trenching, pipeline installation support, road and utility crossing civil works, drainage management, equipment coordination, site restoration, and multi-front field supervision.

Central African Pipeline Infrastructure Program
Gardner provided subcontracted field-construction support for a major cross-border petroleum pipeline system of approximately 1,070 km. Scope covered right-of-way development, civil construction, access-road development, station-area civil works, construction logistics, material receiving and distribution, field supervision, subcontractor coordination, and restoration support across remote and logistically complex terrain.

Ras Laffan LNG Infrastructure Expansion
Gardner delivered subcontracted industrial civil and construction-support work within a major multi-train LNG development. Scope included concrete foundations, equipment pads, utility-area civil works, drainage, temporary construction infrastructure, access and laydown preparation, mechanical-interface support, QA/QC support, and commissioning-readiness activities within a large multi-contractor project organization.

Australian LNG & Marine Infrastructure Program
Gardner provided construction-management and field-support services for selected packages within a three-train LNG development totaling approximately 15.6 MTPA. Responsibilities included field coordination, module-interface management, civil and mechanical-interface support, marine-logistics coordination, QA/QC, completion tracking, punch-list management, and turnover and commissioning-preparation support.

Southern European Gas Corridor Development
Gardner provided construction and project-controls support for selected packages within an approximately 878 km international gas transmission corridor. Scope included construction-management support, field supervision, pipeline construction coordination, work-front planning, construction logistics, project scheduling, progress measurement, QA/QC coordination, and construction documentation across a multinational project organization.

Gulf Coast Natural Gas Infrastructure Expansion
Gardner delivered civil and infrastructure construction across a multi-site natural-gas expansion program on unit-rate and lump-sum work packages. Scope included site preparation, clearing and grubbing, excavation and grading, soil stabilization, pipeline civil works, equipment foundations, valve-site development, access roads, drainage, underground utilities, hydrotest support, restoration, and project closeout.
How We Participate
Integrated Into Major Project Teams
Major energy developments are rarely delivered by a single contractor. Gardner works within multi-tier project organizations and can participate across a range of roles and contract structures.
Civil Construction Subcontractor
Delivering site development, earthworks, concrete, drainage, utilities, and supporting infrastructure as a defined-scope civil package within a larger construction program.
Pipeline Construction Subcontractor
Supporting right-of-way preparation, trenching, crossings, civil works, installation activities, and restoration across pipeline construction programs.
Specialty Construction Contractor
Executing defined work packages within larger industrial, facility, or infrastructure developments where specialized civil or field-construction capability is required.
Construction Support Contractor
Providing field supervision, construction coordination, logistics management, and materials support to advance project execution within a larger construction team.
Project Controls Support
Providing planning, scheduling, progress measurement, cost tracking, reporting, and work-front coordination embedded within owner, EPC, or major-contractor project organizations.
Construction Management Support
Embedding experienced construction-management personnel within owner, EPC, or major-contractor teams to support delivery, quality, safety, and field-execution objectives.
Project Delivery Model
Disciplined Execution from Preconstruction Through Closeout
Preconstruction
Review scope, contract requirements, drawings, specifications, site conditions, logistics, workforce, safety risks, quality requirements, schedule, and interfaces.
Mobilization
Coordinate leadership, supervision, workforce, equipment, materials, subcontractors, temporary facilities, HSE systems, quality systems, and communications.
Execution
Perform work to approved drawings, project specifications, safety plans, quality plans, productivity goals, cost targets, and client priorities.
Project Control
Track HSE performance, schedule, cost, productivity, procurement, materials, manpower, equipment, quality, change, and risk.
Commissioning & Closeout
Support mechanical completion, testing, commissioning assistance, punch-list management, turnover documentation, and final closeout.
Project Support
Discuss a Current Opportunity
Gardner can support stand-alone construction scopes, integrated project execution packages, and strategic project support assignments across domestic and international markets.
